Cancellation & refund policy

At Parmeshwari International Exim (PINTEXIM), we are committed to delivering high-quality organic products, including A2 ghee, honey, and cookies.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailingsupport@pintexim.comor through our Contact page. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence (photo or video). Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed food products
• Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
• Bulk or wholesale purchases, unless covered under a separate agreement
