Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at support@pintexim.com or through our Contact Us page.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
• Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence (photo/video).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed food products.
• Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
• Bulk or wholesale purchases, unless covered under a separate agreement.
